Vacation rentals run weekly, from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in after 3:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am.

Reservations require a 50% deposit, due at the time of reservation. The remainder of the rental cost, as well as a security deposit of $500, is due at time of check in. If renters leave the unit in a reasonably clean condition, they will receive the entire security deposit back via mail.  If left uncleaned, $150 will be taken from the deposit and the remainder will be returned via mail.

No smoking allowed inside.

The Condo association prohibits any pets within the building. Violators will be charged a fine of $60/day. Renters must abide by all other condo rules, which may be found here:  www.ghcondos.com/rules.html

LAST MINUTE SUMMER RENTALS AVAILABLE!

Rentals still available within one week of check-in date will be discounted from $2500 to $1900, a total of $600 in savings. Please call for availability. Not applicable for Coast Guard Festival or 4th of July weeks.
